A Place to Connect
Connect Playgroup aim is to provide a place for parents, caregivers and their children to meet on a weekly basis in a friendly and fun environment. We have been running since 1985 and are part of Manukau Baptist Community Trust. We are a Ministry of Education registered playgroup.
Our semi-structured programme seeks to provide a mixture of learning and play opportunities aimed at fostering our children’s social and developmental skills in a positive environment of love and acceptance. Coupled with this Connect Playgroup is a supportive environment for parents and caregivers as they take time out to relax and connect with other parents and caregivers.
We operate based on Christian values affirming that all people are created in God’s image, are loved by God, that God is not far from any one of us, for in Him we live and move and have our being.

Morning tea for children is supplied. Tea and coffee is supplied for adults. We do ask if once a term you could put your name on the morning tea roster and bring a plate to share for adults only and also two pieces of fruit to be shared among the children
